Yukurite Special Order Event

Here are the details about the items available for order:

1) Items available for order

The size and price of the items that are available for order are as follows:

2) Custom price and shipping price

• Custom price: $45 for each piece.

• Shipping: Domestic shipping from San Francisco is $30 for up to 2 pieces.

• Pickup: You are welcome to pick up at our Hayes Valley store to avoid shipping fees.

• Note: If you order multiple items of the same animal, the custom fee and shipping fee may differ. Please let us know so we can provide a separate estimate for you.

3) Color and pattern

The available color options are dark green, white, blue, and tenmoku (dark brown). The pattern and shape of the item will be determined by the artist, Watanabe Takako (Omakase!).

4) Delivery date

Orders are expected to arrive after mid-July. Please note there may be delays due to international logistics; we will communicate a more accurate delivery date when the order is ready for shipment or pickup.

5) Order cutoff date

All orders must be confirmed and paid in full by April 15, 2026. We will send a purchase link once all details are confirmed via email. All orders must be paid in full, and there are no refunds or exchanges for special order items.

6) Animal

Please send photos showing all angles of your pet so we can determine if we can fulfill the special order. Once confirmed, we will discuss specific facial expressions or pose requests. Closer to the delivery date, the artist will provide a sketch for your final confirmation.

7) Engraving on the item

We can engrave the name and birthdate of your pet on the bottom of the item (discreetly placed). Please let us know the exact wording you would like, or if you prefer to opt out of engraving.
