KYUSU "KURO" / ”SHIRO”
The handle of KYUSU is made by a sheet metal company that has a history of more than 50 years thinking about classic design and usefulness through years of trial and error. A brass handle for shiro and steel one for kuro. Designed with a hard carved HAPPA STAND logo on the bottom of KYUSU and octagon which is our brand number「8 / 八 / eight」on the lid knob.
YUNOMI & KYUSU BY HAPPA STAND is a Japanese traditional craftwork called Minoyaki made in Toki Gifu, JAPAN that has more than 500 years history and master craftsmanship for pottery. Minoyaki is divided into several phases with each phase employing smaller tasks such as potter, molding, coloring, and even packing. HAPPA STAND made some addition and adjustments to the design, so to demonstrate the HAPPA STAND classic style.
